The Us Dollar Continues To Depreciate Against The Pakistani Rupee

The US Dollar continues to depreciate against the Pakistani rupee: The US Dollar continues to depreciate against the rupee in the interbank market.

Today, the dollar depreciated by 1.33 rupee in the interbank market, after which US Dollar became 181.60 Pakistani rupees.

The US Dollar has depreciated by Rs.6.58 during the last three sessions.

It may be recalled that the rupee was depreciating due to the Deputy Speaker’s motion of no-confidence and the resulting situation.

The US Dollar closed at an all-time high last week. The US Dollar closed at 185.23 Rupees on Tuesday, 186.12 rupees on Wednesday, and 188.17 Rupees on Thursday.

On Thursday, the decision of the Deputy Speaker of the Supreme Court to annul the decision and increase the interest rate of the State Bank of Pakistan to two and a half percent came to light. As a result, the pressure on the rupee eased on Friday and the business ended at Rs 184.68.
